Role Overview

This is a key role in the development and maintenance of video conferencing systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering large scale integrated systems, audio and video design, and strong communication skills in a video conference environment.

Responsibilities include supporting existing systems, recommending strategic capabilities, and maintaining campus infrastructure.

  • Supporting Apple's Video conferencing system.
  • Responsible for recommending both tactical and strategic video, networking and collaboration capabilities.
  • Maintenance of Campus Desktop phone / VC.
  • Wiring Closet cabling/Patching.
  • Wiring Closet inspection and maintenance.
  • Comms Room inspection and maintenance.
  • Solving trouble tickets and service requests.
Required Skills

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Experience engineering and developing large scale integrated VC systems.
  • Solid experience with audio and video design.
  • Strong communication skills in a Video conference /Voice environment.
