Job Title: IT Support AV/Video Conferencing Experience
Job Summary:
Our organization seeks a skilled technical professional to provide cutting-edge support for voice and video conferencing infrastructure across our global network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the strategic direction of internal video communications technology and enhancing the quality of existing and future systems worldwide.
- Providing expert support for video conferencing, voice systems, and infrastructure.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to recommend both tactical and strategic video, networking, and collaboration capabilities.
- Maintaining Campus Desktop phone / VC systems.
- Wiring Closet cabling/Patching.
- Wiring Closet inspection and maintenance.
- Comms Room inspection and maintenance.
- Solving complex trouble tickets and service requests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in engineering and developing large-scale integrated video conferencing systems.
- Strong background in audio and video design principles.
- Excellent communication skills in a video conference /voice environment.
- Superior troubleshooting skills.
Candidates should hold relevant work permits for Ireland and be eligible to work full-time and long-term in the specified location or currently hold a valid appropriate long-term work visa to apply.
