Freelance Merchandising Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand in stores, ensuring daily visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain effective store displays, maximising shelf space and product visibility.
  • Establish strong working relationships with in-store personnel to sustain their active co-operation in showcasing brand products.
  • Manage stock rotation to minimise wastage, which may require occasional heavy lifting.
  • Accurately record relevant information, including reporting on merchandising completed and competitor displays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous merchandising or retail experience is essential.
  • Have an energetic and enthusiastic attitude, as this position may be physically demanding.
  • Be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess an excellent customer service approach.
  • Be IT literate, with the ability to use handheld technology effectively.
