About Us

Our goal is to provide exceptional care services by fostering a collaborative environment between care and office staff members.

We have a dedicated team of Receptionists, Client Care Coordinators, Client Care Managers, HR, and Recruitment staff who are committed to supporting our carers with any questions or concerns they may have.

To promote unity among colleagues, we organize various activities throughout the year. Additionally, we strive to motivate our employees by encouraging carer development through internal hiring opportunities such as Rapid Responder and office roles.

Our comprehensive training program includes hands-on experience with tools like our Age Simulation Suit to gain insight into how clients might feel when performing daily tasks. We also utilize our Geriatric Patient Care Manikin to learn patient care skills like pad changes and patient moving and handling.

Our extensive training covers areas such as Stoma and Catheter care, Dementia and Alzheimer's care, Patient Moving and Handling, and Infection Prevention Control. This ensures that all our carers are confident and comfortable providing top-notch care to our clients.
