About the Role:

As a Workday Absence and Time Expert, you will be part of our dynamic team at Headcount Solutions, responsible for delivering expert-level support for the implementation of Workday Absence and Time modules. You will collaborate closely with internal SMEs to develop business requirements for these modules, focusing on gathering and documenting detailed process information.

A key responsibility of this role is to assist the SME in creating accurate process maps for current and future states, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR processes. You will also contribute to testing and deployment activities under the guidance of the SME, working collaboratively with project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst or similar professional with exposure to Workday Absence, Time, and Core HR modules. Experience in data analysis and reporting tools is also highly desirable.

This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Workday certification in Absence, Time Tracking, or Core HR.
