Job Description


The HR Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Workday Absence and Time project, while also managing business-as-usual activities in the Core HR domain. This involves collaborating with internal SMEs to gather and document business requirements for the Workday Absence and Time modules, documenting current and future state process maps, and supporting testing and deployment activities.



Key Responsibilities



  • Assist the internal SME in gathering and documenting business requirements for the Workday Absence and Time modules
  • Document current and future state process maps
  • Support the testing and deployment activities under the guidance of the SME
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution
  • Work closely with HR teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the Time and Absence modules with existing HR processes
  • Administer day-to-day operations and support for Core HR processes within Workday
  • Handle case management and resolve HR-related queries and issues
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into HR metrics and performance


Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience as an HR Business Analyst or similar role, with exposure to Workday Absence, Time, and Core HR modules
  • Experience supporting international processes in multiple countries
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge in Workday operations and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively


Preferred Skills



  • Workday certification in Absence, Time Tracking, or Core HR
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices
