Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Process Analyst to join our team at Headcount Solutions. As an HR Business Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Workday Absence and Time project while managing business-as-usual activities in the Core HR domain.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes, analytical skills, and expertise in Workday functionalities. You will assist the internal SME in gathering and documenting business requirements for the Workday Absence and Time modules, document current and future state process maps, and support testing and deployment activities under their guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the internal SME in gathering and documenting business requirements for the Workday Absence and Time modules.
  2. Document current and future state process maps.
  3. Support the testing and deployment activities under the guidance of the SME.
  4. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  5. Work closely with HR teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the Time and Absence modules with existing HR processes.
  6. Administer day-to-day operations and support for Core HR processes within Workday.
  7. Handle case management and resolve HR-related queries and issues.
  8. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into HR metrics and performance.


Qualifications:
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience as an HR Business Analyst or similar role, with exposure to Workday Absence, Time, and Core HR modules.
  • Experience supporting international processes in multiple countries.
  • Must be proficient in process mapping, with the ability to document and analyze both current and future state processes effectively.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge in Workday operations and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
