**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our expanding team in a key leadership role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in audit management and be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior staff members. They will also be expected to maintain excellent relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, promoting performance and development.
  • Review financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and support.
  • Contribute to business development activities and help drive the growth of our firm.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in audit, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and accounting regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
