Account Director Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Director to lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns for our clients.

This is a newly created position that will report into the Operations Director and work closely with a team of professionals. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, driving account growth through proactive opportunity spotting and collaboration, and ensuring seamless campaign delivery from concept to execution.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that meet client goals and objectives.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationship-building skills to ensure effective stakeholder management.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Oversee and manage budgets, reporting, and profitability for assigned accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to offer innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in account management within experiential, events, or related marketing fields.
  • Proven experience in managing senior client relationships and delivering commercial growth.
  • A strategic thinker with strong commercial and creative instincts.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
