Job Description:

As a key member of the retail management team, you will play a vital role in driving store success by supporting the Store Manager and building a high-performing team. This dynamic and challenging role requires a skilled and experienced individual who can excel in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class customer service as a role model
  • Drive sales performance through effective stock management and merchandising strategies
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient stock control
  • Develop and implement store promotional plans to drive foot traffic and sales
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations

Training and Development:

The successful candidate will embark on a comprehensive training programme that includes our 'Qualified to Advise' and 'Healthy Expert' qualifications at Level 2 and Level 3, respectively. This will provide the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
