Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As the main contact for clients, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships and managing key retail accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Be the main contact for clients, building long-term relationships.
  • Manage and grow key retail accounts both in-store and online.
  • Identify new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
  • Share market trends and insights regularly.
  • Present new product developments to retailers.
  • Maintain client relationships through regular meetings.
  • Use best practices in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (buying, design, merchandising) to meet client needs.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure excellent customer service.
