About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Secretary to join our Human Resources Department. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Director of Human Resources Office, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the Director in their duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director and Deputy Director, including preparation of agendas, documents and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems and processes to enhance the overall efficiency of the Office of the Director of Human Resources.
  • Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring project plans across various areas as required by the Director.
  • Coordinate and quality assure relevant documentation and correspondence.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong educational background and relevant experience working in an administrative or personal assistant capacity. You should have recent experience using MS Office and ideally, HR information systems. A good knowledge of best practice in office management and administration is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proven track record of action orientation and performance achievement, combined with strong organisational and planning skills, is also desirable.
