About the Role:

The Senior Hr Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Human Resources and Organisation Development in driving business success through effective HR strategies and practices. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on various HR-related matters, including Change Management, Recruitment and Retention, Workforce Planning, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HR Administration, and Policy Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and advice on HR-related matters to management and staff
  • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of HR services
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Analyze HR data to inform business decisions and drive organisational performance

Requirements:

  • Third-level education in Human Resources and a CIPD qualification
  • Extensive experience in Human Resources Management and significant managerial experience
  • Strong background/experience in Human Resources at management level
  • At least five years relevant work experience, preferably in a large health sector organisation
  • Experience of effective management of a HR Team
  • Expert knowledge of employee relation issues, and resolution mechanisms/employment legal framework
  • Public Sector experience at management level
