We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Business Development Lead to join our EMEA Sales hub in Dublin, Ireland. As a key member of our sales organisation, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within your assigned territory.
Your responsibilities will include performance management, recruitment, and training of your team, generating and achieving monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicting monthly revenues. You will also be responsible for ownership of various aspects of the business, including Marketing Initiatives, Enablement, and Operations.
The ideal candidate will have SaaS/Technology Sales experience in an individual contributor and/or management role, experience in developing a high-performance culture across teams, successfully coaching and managing team members to achieve performance goals, and a consistent record of overachievement of quota expectations in an individual contributor sales role. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships, outstanding communication, organisational, and time management skills, and experience working in a multi-cultural & high-growth environment. Fluency in English AND German is required for this role.
