Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to deliver expert HR and employment law advice to clients. As a key member of our team, you will provide timely, practical, and legally compliant guidance on all HR matters.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow internal processes in a busy office environment. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ongoing and complex client cases, ensuring high-quality service and continuity of advice.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR and employment law advice to clients via telephone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice, utilising internal training and resources.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs, ensuring all advice is delivered within agreed service levels.
  • Manage a portfolio of ongoing and complex client cases, ensuring high-quality service and continuity of advice.
  • Record all advice accurately on the internal case management system, taking ownership of cases through to resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years hands-on experience in employment law.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with investigations, redundancy, disciplinary actions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, professional manner when engaging with clients.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage a varied workload, and perform under pressure.
