Hospitality Leader

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality leader to spearhead our busy hotel venue. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual who shares a passion for customer service and excellent food service.
Duties & Responsibilities:- To ensure that the restaurant is fully set up before each shift and all mise-en-place is maintained.
- To guarantee that all food & drinks are served correctly, professionally and promptly in accordance with restaurant standards.
- To cooperate with regard to cleaning schedules as requested by the bar manager.
- To ensure that dockets are written correctly and legibly, minimizing any errors to ensure effective communication with the kitchen.
- To anticipate the needs of customers and provide exceptional service.
- To ensure that all guests are made welcome, receive excellent service, and are encouraged to return.
- To deliver service consistently and meet customer expectations.
- To greet and seat all customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner when required.
- To deal with any customer queries that may arise in a professional and efficient manner and notify the Restaurant/Bar Manager or Supervisor of any problems that have occurred.
- To ensure that all customer feedback is effectively communicated to the Bar Manager.
- Hotel experience is desirable.
