Clinical Nurse Manager Role

Job Description:

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management to nursing staff
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure safe patient care
  • Proactively redeploy staff based on clinical and acuity requirements
  • Lead staff performance management and development
  • Promote and maintain high standards of nursing care, ensuring patient and staff safety

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with NMBI in the general division, who has post-registration qualification in intensive care nursing or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in an acute hospital, including management experience.
