Mechanical Supervisor Role

Overview:

This position involves overseeing the installation and fabrication of mechanical systems on-site, focusing on piping and platework.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily mechanical installation works, including piping and platework.
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards during fabrication and installation.
  • Lead mechanical crews and communicate project goals effectively.
  • Promote a strong health and safety culture through regular toolbox talks and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Experience in mechanical construction and supervision (piping and platework).
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, erection, and commissioning processes.
  • Ability to interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, and material specifications.
  • Proven experience leading large crews on industrial, pharmaceutical, or energy sector projects.
  • Understanding of QA/QC processes and safety regulations.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
