Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Site Manager to lead our projects in delivering exceptional results with safety, quality, and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the installation, commissioning, and integration of mechanical systems to ensure seamless project execution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Direct mechanical installations, including HVAC, plumbing, and associated systems.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain project schedules and enhance collaboration.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards to minimize risks and maximize outcomes.
• Strategically manage site logistics, including material procurement and equipment coordination, to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
• Liaise with clients and project managers to report on progress, address concerns, and drive issue resolution.
• Oversee commissioning and handover processes to guarantee smooth project closure.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical site management or supervision, preferably in high-spec commercial or industrial projects.
• Relevant trade qualifications or third-level education in mechanical engineering/building services, backed by strong technical expertise.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and foster effective partnerships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software to streamline operations and data analysis.
