Job Title: Junior Kitchen Assistant

This position is ideal for a highly motivated and organized individual who is looking to kick-start their career in the hospitality industry. As a Junior Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our culinary team in preparing meal ingredients, washing, peeling and chopping vegetables and fruits.


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare meal ingredients according to recipes and instructions
  • Assist in setting up for lunch and dinner service
  • Ensure that food from your station is delivered on time and meets high quality standards
  • Perform basic cleaning duties as required

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment or relevant qualification
  • Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification or current student of Culinary Arts
