Job Title: Culinary Assistant

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare meal ingredients, including washing, peeling and chopping vegetables and fruits.
  • Daily preparation of fresh sandwiches and soups.
  • Set up for lunch and dinner according to instruction.
  • Ensure that food from own station is delivered on time.
  • Perform basic cleaning duties and ensure that workstations are properly sanitized according to regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a kitchen assistant and/or suitable qualification.
  • Knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification or current student of Culinary Arts.
  • Possession of a passion and genuine interest in food.
  • Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends, public holidays.
  • Good command of the English language.
