Job Role: Financial Administrator

You will be part of a busy finance team, working closely with the financial controller. This is a hybrid working role with flexible start times.

Responsibilities:

  • Credit management and ledger maintenance
  • Assisting in preparation of financial statements
  • Bank reconciliations and liaison with auditors
  • Managing queries, payment schedules and VAT returns
  • Supporting payroll preparations

Requirements:

  • Over 4 years experience as a financial administrator or bookkeeper in a finance team
  • A relevant professional qualification or equivalent
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team
