Product Manager

This pivotal role is a key driver of innovation and efficiency in procurement processes. You will work with the Product Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions, owning the product roadmap, prioritising features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless procurement experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate the product vision and define the roadmap in line with the Product Manager's strategy and business objectives
  • Stay updated on technologies and user needs to advise product approach
  • Build, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure transparency for the development team
  • Act as the primary liaison between business collaborators, development teams, and end-users
  • Gather and translate user requirements into actionable product features
Product Development
  • Supervise all stages of product development, from conceptualisation to release
  • Lead the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs
Performance Monitoring
  • Define and supervise key performance indicators to measure product success
  • Gather user feedback post-launch to identify areas for improvement
People Management
  • Lead and develop a team of 3 system administrators
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A proven track record in procurement systems, preferably Coupa
  • Vested experience as a Product Owner, ideally in procurement or supply chain management
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, tools, and technologies
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, make smart trade-offs based on value and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
