Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality control initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of quality management, ensuring that our food products consistently meet and exceed quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program.
  • Supervise and lead a team of quality control professionals.
  • Monitor and evaluate product quality throughout the production process.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints or quality issues.
  • Train employees on quality control processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Qualification in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field, and/or proven experience in quality management within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and certifications (e.g., HACCP, GMP, BRC).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
