Protecting user trust and safety is our top priority. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate abuse across all Generative AI products for Search and Google Assistant. You will drive intent and execution excellence to deliver initiatives that reduce policy-violating activity and improve response speed and quality.

About the Role:
  • This position requires a deep understanding of machine learning models and their performance in real-world applications.
Responsibilities:
  • You will lead projects to protect users from abuse, inappropriate content, and fraud
  • Analyze and identify new abuse trends
  • Work across multiple product areas to find abuse patterns and enhance operational workflows
  • Develop and communicate strategy and goals focusing on user trust and safety issues
  • Manage responsibilities across multiple product areas and build strong partnerships with Product, Policy, Legal, Engineering teams, and other teams within Trust and Safety
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Experience in using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing with analyzing Machine Learning models performance or working on Large Language Models
  • Excellent investigative, communication, and problem-solving skills with knowledge in innovation, technology, and Google products
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally at multiple levels
