Job Role: Quality Improvement Analyst for Trust and SafetyAbout the Role

This is a challenging job opportunity that plays a critical role in driving progress, solving complex problems, and mentoring junior team members. The successful candidate will work within the Trust and Safety team to leverage their technical skills, problem-solving expertise, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and partners from abuse across various Google services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify trends to develop enforcement strategies against content abuse, policy violations, and product misuse.
  • Establish customer experience practices supporting compliant advertising and positive user interactions.
  • Develop innovative enforcement processes using generative AI techniques.
  • Contribute to enforcement strategies for Google Ads policies under global regulation, engaging stakeholders on legal and regulatory risks.
  • Provide on-call support and respond to escalations within service levels.

The Trust and Safety team at Google comprises thinkers and team players passionate about doing what's right, working globally with engineers and product managers to combat abuse and fraud at scale. Their work promotes trust in Google and ensures user safety.

They identify and tackle major issues affecting the safety and integrity of our products, leveraging technical skills, problem-solving, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and partners from abuse across various Google services.
