About the PositionThe Event Planning Specialist will handle client relationships, coordinate event logistics, and drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional service standards.
- Manage all wedding, meeting, and event inquiries, show-arounds, and follow-ups.
- Guide clients in designing their event packages using strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Maintain and update listings on third-party event platforms.
- Plan open evenings, attend industry events, and pursue all leads to secure bookings.
This role requires experience in weddings, meetings, or events within hospitality, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent organisational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail. Proficiency in event management systems and Microsoft Office is also necessary.
