We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill the position of Residential Social Care Worker.

The role involves providing high-quality care to individuals with disabilities, focusing on promoting independence and person-centred planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a safe and supportive environment for service users
  • Developing and implementing person-centred care plans
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring safeguarding measures are in place
  • Maintaining knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with Children's First guidelines and procedures
  • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant field

  • Knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
  • A full manual driving license
