
Technical Support Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Technical Support Specialist with our global industry leader. The role involves delivering high-quality technical support and services for our product portfolio, including installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, calibrations, and repairs.
- Diagnose faults down to component/module level and produce clear, written service reports.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety policies.
Skill Requirements
- Technical Expertise:
- A HNC or Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on industry experience.
- Proficient in diagnostic and fault-finding techniques.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in a Windows environment.
