Job Title: Financial Administrator

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and performing bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
  • Prepare and submit RCT returns
  • Assist with VAT returns and Revenue compliance
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
  • Manage subcontractor payments and ensure accurate record keeping
  • Support payroll processing and year-end preparation
  • Generate periodic financial reports for management review
  • Support ad hoc financial tasks and administration as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar bookkeeping role
  • A relevant accounting qualification is advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of RCT returns and Revenue Online System (ROS)
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
