Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house and service staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with culinary teams and clients to coordinate service delivery, drive efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a focus on driving results and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of contract catering or high-volume service environments is an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service ethos, people management abilities, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
