We are seeking a skilled Collections Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reducing and controlling overdue invoices in their assigned portfolio, while providing excellent customer service.

A key aspect of this role is managing a portfolio of outstanding invoices and achieving set targets for total cash received. This includes 60+, 90+, and 120+ days overdue receivables. To achieve these goals, the ideal candidate will need to ensure customers comply with their payment terms and settle overdue amounts monthly.

The role also involves utilizing the Business Planning Server to stay updated on portfolio statistics, collection performance, and for reporting on aging, exceeded credit limits, and unapplied cash. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for recommending suspensions, re-activations, and referrals to minimize bad debt exposure.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Collections Agent will investigate and resolve incoming customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Fluency in Dutch or French and English is essential for this role. Previous experience in Credit Collections or Accounts Receivable is advantageous. Proficiency in Word and Excel is also required, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to engage with management and customers.
