Community Operations Specialist

 

  • Support our client's community by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues empathetically, accurately and efficiently.

  • Investigate and resolve user-reported issues on the client's platform, such as account support requests and reports of potentially abusive content.
  • Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, and accuracy.
  • Apply market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to identify scalable solutions to improve community support.
  • Analyze data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience on the site.
  • Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring abuse reports and taking swift action.
  • Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions to optimize processes.
  • Evaluate trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.
