Procurement Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers alike.

  • Provide sales order assistance and support to customers.
  • Handle direct customer contact, including customer order contracts, quotations, and referrals.
  • Sales order expediting and coordination.
  • Effective communication of pertinent order, product and policy information to internal partners and end users.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales within a technical area is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance-related tasks related to customer orders.
  • Process customer complaints and manage related databases.
  • Coordinate proforma invoices, credit memos, and staged payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide feedback to less experienced team members.
