We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition and HR Leader to lead our HR strategy and operations in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with our business objectives
  • Oversee the management of up to 40 team members, including HRBP and TA functions
  • Partner with Irish leadership to drive business results and deliver on key performance indicators
  • Build strong relationships across EMEA and contribute to our global HR agenda
  • Design and develop an effective HR structure to support business growth

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably within a global or complex organization
  • HR industry background in Professional Services/Advisory, Financial Services, Technology, or Telecommunications
  • Previous experience working in Ireland and a track record of leading high-performing teams and building inclusive workplace cultures
  • Strong analytical capability with a solid understanding of HR metrics and analytics
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, organizational design, and scaling HR functions
