Job Overview:A senior regulatory compliance professional is sought after to join a global Fin Tech leader.The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in transaction reporting within financial services, with a strong understanding of key regulations such as MiFID and EMIR.Responsibilities will include advising on interpretation of transaction reporting rules, preparing and submitting compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a senior point of contact position across global ops and technology teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving as senior point of contact for transaction reporting queries
  • Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
  • Advising on the interpretation of transaction reporting rules
  • Preparing and submitting compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in transaction reporting within financial services
  • Strong understanding of key regulations - MiFID & EMIR preferably
  • Work experience in an operational risk or compliance position within financial services
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
