Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Professional to spearhead our client's regulatory compliance initiatives.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the Food Retail Services and FMCG sectors, driving excellence in governance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance strategies in line with Windsor Framework requirements.
  • Evaluate and ensure all company policies and procedures remain compliant with current legislation.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, and Finance teams to manage compliance records.
  • Provide expert guidance to Trading and supplier functions to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor transactions and activities to maintain ongoing compliance.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within FMCG or food retail.
  • Strong knowledge of BRC standards and customer requirements for supply assurance.
  • Auditing expertise and a methodical approach to compliance.
