Regulatory Compliance Manager

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of financial transactions across global operations and technology teams.

  • Senior Point of Contact for Belfast, overseeing transaction reporting queries across various departments.
  • Development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Providing expert guidance on interpreting transaction reporting rules, including EMIR, MiFID, and other relevant regulations.
  • Preparing and submitting comprehensive compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrable experience in regulatory reporting/transaction reporting within the financial services sector.
  • A deep understanding of key regulations, preferably including MiFID and EMIR.
  • Work experience in operational risk or compliance positions within financial services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
