
Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Reservation Agent.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the hotel's success by providing exceptional customer service and supporting the hotel team in ensuring all customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Booking and entering room and restaurant reservation requests using relevant systems.
- Maximise revenues by up-selling guest rooms and hotel facilities.
- Handle multiple requests at any one time while maintaining composure.
- Liaise with other key departments to perfect the guests experience.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the hotel brand and product.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
