Accounts Payable Clerk

  • Maintaining the creditors ledger, including processing invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Performing monthly creditor reconciliations with statements
  • Preparing supplier payment runs
  • Managing the accounts inbox and responding to queries from suppliers
  • Processing payments to subcontractors and submitting returns via ROS
  • Conducting general office duties such as filing and scanning invoices
Key Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • At least 2 years experience in similar accounting roles
  • High level of organisation with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
