Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead engagement and growth across hospital accounts in Ireland.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at building relationships with healthcare professionals, and is motivated by delivering impactful solutions in cardiology, nephrology or ophthalmology.

  • Develop and manage relationships with hospital stakeholders, cardiovascular consultants, and clinical teams to drive growth and engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver against national sales targets and performance metrics.

Key skills include analysis of sales data to create actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans, as well as effective record keeping in CRM systems.

Collaboration with internal teams to execute targeted marketing campaigns and educational initiatives tailored to the Irish market is also essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience in cardiology, nephrology or ophthalmology is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with a strong track record of business development.
  • Knowledge or experience in genomics is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are required.
