Job Overview

This role is responsible for developing and leading music as a key pillar in collaboration with teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of music programs by considering audience insights, media strategies, competitive landscape and budget allocation.
  • Unite diverse teams around shared goals including partnering with production, design, legal and earned media teams to steward best-in-class music campaigns.
  • Brief, develop and execute the creation of unique experiences, content and end-to-end activation opportunities that deepen fan engagement.
  • Responsible for relationships with creative, media and digital agencies – and the identification of future agency partners as needed.
  • Drive Digital & Media analytics and learning agenda for music by owning tracking and optimization of media performance indicators.
  • Real-time campaign optimization, with focus on business objectives and media performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Seasoned marketer (10+ years' experience) with a proven track record for delivering FMCG brand programs from media to shelf.
  • Subject matter expert and fluent on digital ecosystems, emerging platforms, formats, technologies and industry trends.
  • Expert problem solver with ability to distill simplicity from complexity.
  • A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and navigates ambiguity with ease.
  • Strong strategic thinker, able to demonstrate thought leadership in strategy and market execution.
  • Compelling storyteller with ability to influence and create system excitement within an organization.
