Job Opportunity for Senior Data Engineering LeadOverview of the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Sr. Data Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of our data engineering strategy, driving the creation of robust and high-performance data infrastructure.

The successful candidate will lead a talented team of data engineers, ensuring our data ecosystem meets evolving needs across the organization.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for the enterprise data platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data engineers.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that maximize data's strategic value.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, including 5+ years in leadership.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale data architecture and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or Scala, along with experience in frameworks like Apache Beam.
