Job Title:

Community Employment Supervisor

Job Summary:

This is a mid-senior level full-time role requiring strong leadership and management skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management and programme delivery, as well as experience in supervising and developing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Coordinate Resources: Ensure the effective and efficient management and coordination of human, financial, and material resources for up to 17 participants on our CE Project.
  • Administer DSP Accounts: Administer and maintain DSP accounts and budgets, including payroll, and prepare and monitor monthly claims for materials and training through Welfare Partners.
  • Liaise with Sponsoring Committee: Liaise with the Sponsoring Committee to maximise opportunities for participants through training and development towards long-term employment or further education.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A major third-level qualification (NFQ Level 6 or higher) is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years' relevant supervisory and people management experience.
  • Skills: Proven competency in one or more of the following areas: Business/Financial Administration, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Training, Human Resources, People Management, ICT Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office), and Payroll.
