Key Engineering Position

This leading construction and engineering organization seeks an experienced Senior Engineer to lead their major construction project. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the project's success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead project engineering strategy and technical site control
  • Supervise setting out, quality assurance, record keeping, and engineering deliverables
  • Coordinate temporary works and lifting operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols
  • Mentor and guide junior site engineers and new hires
  • Develop Inspection & Test Plans, method statements, and risk assessments for all projects
  • Responsible for identifying and resolving technical queries and RFIs, as well as closing out non-conformances on time

Necessary Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng. or equivalent)
  • Temporary Works Coordinator training and scaffold awareness certification
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in senior or supervisory roles within construction site engineering
