Construction Project Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Supervisor to lead our projects in Ireland. As a respected industry player, we deliver high-quality construction services across various sectors.

Your New Role

  • Supervise daily site operations and subcontractors ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage groundworks, structures, and envelope activities.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients for smooth communication.
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and material usage.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting project delivery.

Requirements for Success

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman/Section Foreman in Construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
