As a Monitoring Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless monitoring of customer infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing various monitoring platforms, including Kaseya, Datto RMM, and Logic Monitor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain efficient monitoring systems to provide timely alerting and secure user access.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement monitors based on their requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of alerts to minimize noise and improve incident response.

User Access & Account Management:

  • Manage user accounts, defining permissions to control visibility and access across customer environments.
  • Enable/disable accounts, enforce MFA policies, and handle password resets for external users.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Set up customer device groups, prepare agent installers, and perform device and network discovery.
  • Deploy agents, configure SNMP/SSH monitoring for network devices, and maintain documentation for monitoring configurations and user access policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Kaseya, Datto RMM, and Logic Monitor (or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of SNMP, SSH, and agent-based monitoring.
  • Familiarity with network and server infrastructure.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
