The Role
  • Perform planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on a range of equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Diagnose faults, repair or replace mechanical parts and minimize disruption to production.
  • Welding is an essential skill for this role.
  • Liaise with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement in processes.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to safety standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in mechanical maintenance engineering, preferably with a focus on welding and fabrication.
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • A good understanding of health and safety within an engineering environment is essential.
