Job Title: Executive Kitchen Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Kitchen Assistant to join our team in the production kitchen and deli. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of meals, breads, cakes, and other food items.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
- Prepare and cook meals, breads, and cakes to the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve kitchen goals

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a commercial kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
