At the heart of every successful establishment lies a skilled Kitchen Operations Assistant. We are seeking an individual to fill this vital role in our kitchen.
This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
About the RoleAs a Kitchen Operations Assistant, you will provide support to the Head Chef & Sous Chef in maintaining the overall efficiency of the kitchen. This includes taking direction from department managers and assisting in the monitoring of food, as well as ensuring a constant supply of clean ware/cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times.
You will also be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness within the kitchens at all times, working closely with the chef team to maintain HACCP standards.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need previous experience working in a kitchen environment. Flexibility in your working hours is essential, as this role includes mornings/evenings & weekends.
You should possess the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on your own initiative.
